a history of innovation

The My Homes WA story forms part of the Vespoli Group’s 25 year history. In 1993 Managing Director Gino Vespoli started the Vespoli Group in Perth with the launch of Vespoli Constructions. Over the years, Gino Vespoli has grown the business and achieved great success; one of WA’s leading Commercial Construction Companies specialising in Tilt up Panel Construction.

In 2015 Gino took The Vespoli Group to the next level entering into the Residential Housing Market with the launch of My Homes WA, a custom boutique Home Builder that specialises in Single Storey, Double Storey, Multi-Unit Developments and Custom Home Designs, offering competitive pricing that doesn’t compromise on home construction quality.

My Homes WA sources high quality products and backs our construction and installation with a 25 year Structural Guarantee.  We also provide an industry leading 12 month Defect Liability period so a year after construction we will come back and fix up any defects that might have arisen such as cornice cracks so that your new home continues to look new for years to come.

Our project was very involved due to Sub Division, Demolition, Swimming Pool and Construction of a Double Storey Home and I couldn't have asked for a more smoother process.
