At My Homes WA, we commit ourselves to building your new home in the best possible manner. From pre-construction through to the handover, the Construction Manager oversees every building project with the Supervisor in charge to ensure quality is retained.
You will be kept informed at each stage of the process and told about progress. Images will be supplied to you so you can see how your house is coming along. It’s a great opportunity to show your family and friends, and ensures you are informed and involved in the process.
Our experienced team of trades, each of which has been independently selected, based on their quality and knowledge in the industry, work within our ethos and core values.
Our experienced and knowledgeable staff are fully trained and highly qualified, and they are up to date with current regulations and building procedure. Prior to the slab going down there is a lot of work that needs to be done first. Here is a brief description of the process. Don’t be scared, My Homes WA is here to make sure the journey is as simple and seamless as possible.
Getting the correct advice on finance is one of the most crucial elements to get right, early on in the process. This will determine the design and specification of the home that is most appropriate for you. At My Homes WA, we have expert brokers that specialise in construction finance to assist you in getting the most appropriate and best deal possible in this regard. The Design Process
Once we have established the budget, our experienced Sales Representative will work with you and our in house Designers to assist you in selecting the right home for your budget, location, style and solar orientation. This is the fun bit when you get to work through our awesome range of designs and start to turn your house into a home. Have a look through our range of homes and start getting excited!
When we have the design right, we arrange full working drawings, engineering certification and surveys to be done. This allows us to deliver contracts and drawings.
Pre Start Selections
This is where you get to put your finishing touches on the colours and tile and laminate selections. Once we have the Contracts signed, we conduct a Pre Start meeting where we assist you in getting all of your selections… turning your house into a home!
This is where you can sit back and relax, while we get all the relevant approvals for you. My Homes WA does all the paperwork necessary to ensure your home is built to the relevant building standards and Statutory requirements.
While we are waiting for the approvals, My Homes WA are busy calculating and ordering all the materials for your home. Once all the approvals are in we are ready to start building.
